John Krasinski has hit an absolutely unquestionable home run in his directorial debut. He has made an incredibly tense, creature feature horror thriller that, despite a stark lack of audible dialogue, keeps you glued to your seat from the opening frame. He achieves some wonderful shots, treats his characters with a lot of love and respect, and puts forth an engrossing film that delivers on every level. You need to see this movie, in the theater, immediately!
